Seasonal allergies

A seasonal allergy, often called allergic rhinitis or hay fever, is an allergy that occurs during a specific time of year. Seasonal allergies are most often caused by three types of pollen: grass, tree and herbaceous pollen.

Often, the allergy season begins in January with birch and hazel pollens, then it continues with ash pollens in April, as well as grasses from May to August depending on the region.

Seasonal allergies can have a serious impact on the quality of life of those affected.  In naturopathy, you will be given health and diet advice.
