WHO AM I ?

Hello,
​
My name is Nathalie.
​
I am a Naturopathy Advisor, massage practitioner
well-being and instructor in fitness and gentle techniques.
​
But before, I worked as a caregiver for more than
7 years in a Thoracic and Vascular Surgery department.
After suffering a torn rotator cuff tendon
of the shoulder during as a caregiver. Jhe decides to
reconvertprofessionally, while continuing to support
the others,but otherwise.
​
Taking into account body ailments yes, but not only that.
The ailments of the mind too, which are just as important.
Besides, one does not go without the other.
​
I obtained the sports leisure facilitator diploma which gave me
allows you to provide fitness sessions
and gentle techniques for the adult public, child and senior.
I then decided to follow the training of trainer for adults,
in order to train future Life Assistants for families, CAP AEPE...
​
Then, I am also training in Dietetics and Nutrition, in order to broaden my field of skills.
​
During all these years, I have been able to work with several types of people with different problems.
Problems having left physical after-effects, but not only that. Many felt this need to speak, to exchange, to be listened to.
I realized that all these people confided in me with a certain ease.
​
And that’s where it all came together. It seemed obvious.
I train myself therefore to naturopathy, to the practice of different well-being massages.
​
I then specialize in very specific areas, such as:
Managing stress, sleep disorders, digestive disorders, back pain, lower back pain, premenstrual syndrome...
​
Themes that came up very often when people confided in me and continue to this day.
​
I therefore decided to rely on these different aspects, in order to make them my or should I rather say my new professional activities.
​
And I continue to train, in order to always offer better to my clients (snoezelen method, do-in, facial yoga, etc.).
​
Looking back to my childhood, I tell myself that I had a great role model as a Naturopath all these years without really realizing it. With my mother who concocted natural remedies for me (teas for menstrual pain, preparations to prevent my asthma attacks, fruit and vegetable juices to boost my immune system and so on). And I inherited from my father the well-being through the practice of sporting activity. A good combo to feel good.
